I ordered a cctv kit which developed a fault within 6 months. They have not replied to my e mails in over 2 weeks. You may think the below copied from their website is their own proud guarantee. It is not. It is consumer law with their own claim of a 5 day response to complaints. The order and delivery was completed within 1 to 3 days.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
If an item is faulty within the first 6 months
Please contact our technical department and if a fault is confirmed as best as possible remotely, we can issue you with a returns number and a next working day doorstep swap in most cases (subject to stock availability). If the item is not faulty you may incur a restocking fee which will depend upon item condition.
We may also be able to offer a full refund if this occurs within the first 30 days.
