Manchester and Trafford Therapy and Counselling

I run Manchester and Trafford Therapy and Counselling (MATTAC). I also work for the Medical Education Service as a Therapist with young people struggling in Education. I am trained in both adult and child therapy.
I have 19 years of experience working as a Therapist/Counsellor in local government services such as schools, colleges, older people's services, loss & bereavement etc I work with a variety of problems such as depression, anxiety, trauma, self harm... My approach is integrative. I am trained in many different therapies. Each one of us is different and there is more than one way of understanding the world we live in.
