3Fs Personal Training offers a fully mobile personal training service across Brighton and Hove and the surrounding area. Clients can train in the privacy and comfort of their own home or outdoors in a park, garden or by the beach.

Gav O'Brien and Andy Ovenden are level 3 qualified personal trainers, aged 52 and 50 respectively, our clients are typically in the 50s to 80s. We specialise in working with older adults and in addition to one-on-one personal training run weekly keep fit classes for people aged 60 and above.
